COMPLAINERS
Before you don your suit of armour, sharpen your sword and ride your white horse to the rescue, make sure you can hear a genuine cry for help. Some people often claim to be unhappy - yet, secretly, inwardly, they are rather glad to have something to complain about. If you solve their problem, they’ll resent the removal of the grievance they have been nurturing. Nor are all ‘problems’ as problematic as they appear. Sometimes, we are better off with a slow, ongoing difficulty than dealing with the awkward side effects of a drastic solution. Think carefully before you act."
